Latin Dance - Bachata

Everyone welcome, no partner or dance experience is necessary. One 1.5-hour lesson, followed by a 30-min social dance. Taught by Victoria Latin Dance Association.

Learn the basics of Bachata, a style of music and dance that originated in the Dominican Republic. Bachata is characterized by its four-step beat, footwork and hip movements, often danced in close frame with a partner and influenced by modern and urban music.

Pico and the Golden Lagoon is an enchanting adventure story about courage, new friendships and the wonders of nature. The show features puppetry, live music and storytelling, and uses re-purposed and recycled materials.
