    On Saturday, February 17, Winter Arts Festival attendees aged 19+ can look forward to the VMF After Dark Victoria event taking place from 9:30 p.m.-2:30 a.m. at Hermanns Upstairs Lounge. 

    VMF After Dark Victoria is the official party of the festival that celebrates diversity, queer identity and colourful self-expression.

    This is the only ticketed event of the Winter Arts Festival.
