The Business Hub is now located at the Victoria Conference Centre, 720 Douglas Street. We continue to be a one-stop shop, just at a different location. Our hours remain the same; 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

The Business Hub hosts multiple free events throughout the year to help provide entrepreneurs with the necessary resources and tools that they need to achieve their business goals. Visit the events calendar to learn about upcoming business related events. Examples of events are:

Small Business Information Session - This event connects entrepreneurs with the many important resources available for small business startups or already operating businesses in the City of Victoria. A brief presentation, followed by time to visit each information booth will educate attendees with all the resources available through the Business Hub at City Hall, and in the region, to help develop, start, or grow a new business. Whether you're at the idea stage, ready to launch, or just looking for support, this event connects you directly with community partners that provide information on resources, loans, mentorship and more.
Futurpreneur Business Planning Bootcamp - This free event helps entrepreneurs set achievable goals and build a successful business plan. With Futurpreneur Canada, attendees of this interactive in-person boot camp will craft a focused approach that puts their business on a path to success. This session is for both aspiring and current business owners.
Small Business BC Advisory Sessions - Meet with a business advisor from Small Business BC, for a one-on-one 20-minute advisory session. Small Business BC’s business advisory service connects you with business advisors to provide the answers, tools, and tips you need to achieve success. If you’re looking for start-up information, resources, basic legal requirements, business registration information, or basic tax requirements, their advisors can offer advice and guidance.
